Régularity and Légende Entry List

Three months before the start, it’s time to unveil the entry list for the Tour de Corse Historique in Regularity (VHRS) and Légende. The entry list for Competition (VHC) will be announced in a few days…

During the registration opening on January 18th, the limit of 380 entrants was reached in 18 minutes.

Among the lucky ones in the Regularity VHRS and Legend classes, thirty automotive brands are represented in these two categories, with some iconic models: Ferrari Dino 308 GT4, Ford RS200 S, Jaguar XK140, Lancia Stratos, Opel Manta B 200, Porsche 914-6, Alpine A310 V6, Toyota Celica ST165… As for the rest, Porsche, Renault and Lancia will be present in large numbers.

The 2025 line-up promises to be a strong one. Christophe Baillet will be challenging for his title, while Michel Decremer and Aswin Pyck, fresh from their victory in the Monte-Carlo Historique, will also be taking part. Four 100% women's crews will be taking part, demonstrating the growing role of women in historic racing.

Reminder of the three categories

Competition (VHC) follows the rules of modern rallying. To win, the crew must accumulate the best times in special stages. Times are added up over the five days of the rally. The crew with the shortest total time across these timed sectors is declared the winner at the finish.

Regularity (VHRS) requires competitors to complete the special stages while adhering as closely as possible to a pre-chosen average speed (High, Intermediate, Moderate, or Low). Each second early or late incurs penalties, with checkpoints placed along the timed routes.

Légende category, on the other hand, is not timed. It allows crews to participate in the event purely for enjoyment, without the pressure of performance.
